Change company name

If a company wants to change its name, it must pass a resolution at a board meeting. The resolution must be filed with the Registrar of Companies. The company must then notify its shareholders of the change. There are many reasons why a company might want to change its name, such as to reflect a change in its business or to avoid confusion with another company.
