Change employer

An individual may want to change employers for a number of reasons, such as seeking a new challenge, better pay or working conditions, or being closer to home. An individual may also change employers if their current employer is unable to provide them with the necessary sponsorship to remain in the UK. Finally, an individual may also wish to change employers if their current employer is subject to a change in UK immigration law which would adversely affect their ability to remain in the UK.
