Rent agreement under ATA 1995

The Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 provides security of tenure for agricultural tenants and protects their interests in relation to their landlords. It also gives tenants the right to pass on their tenancy to a successor on their death, and to claim compensation for improvements they have made to the property. Agricultural tenants may find the Act useful in ensuring that their tenancy is not terminated unexpectedly, and that they can stay on the property for as long as they wish.
