Does a third party have the right to enforce the terms of this agreement?

1.1.No one other than a party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.

1.1.A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

1.1.The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this Agreement and no person other than you and the Company shall have any rights under it.

1.1.A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.
