Should the parties comply with Data Protection Legislation?

1.1.Each party shall at all times during the term of this agreement, comply with the Data Protection Legislation, and to the extent applicable under the Data Protection Legislation, obtain and maintain all appropriate registrations required in order to allow that party to perform its obligations under this agreement.
