What does the university warrant?

1.1.[The University warrants as follows:

1.2.as between it and its employees and students, it is the absolute and unencumbered owner of the Patent and has caused its employees and students to execute such assignments of the Patent as may be necessary;

1.3.it is not aware that any third party owns or claims any rights in the Patent;

1.4.it is not aware (but without having carried out any investigation) that any third party owns or claims any rights which would be infringed by use of the Patent.]
