What should the consultant not do unless specifically authorised in writing?

1.1.Unless they have been specifically authorised to do so by the Client in writing, the Consultant shall not:

1.2.have any authority to incur any expenditure in the name of or for the account of the Client; or

1.3.hold themselves out as having authority to bind the Client.
