When should the consultant comply with the client's data protection policy?

1.1.The Consultant shall comply with the Client's data protection policy and relevant obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 and associated codes of practice when processing personal data relating to any employee, worker, customer, client, supplier or agent of the Client.
