Recipient may disclose to Representatives who strictly need to know for the Purpose and are bound by confidentiality

1.1.The Recipient may disclose the Confidential Information to its Representatives [and any of its Group Companies or their Representatives] [It may not always be appropriate to allow the Recipient to disclose to other members of its Group Companies] who strictly need to know such Confidential Information for the Purpose and are bound by an appropriate obligation of confidentiality no less onerous than the obligations set out in this Agreement.
