Party may disclose Confidential Information if required by law, but must give other party notice if possible

1.1.A party may disclose Confidential Information to the minimum extent required by law or by an order of any court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, provided that to the extent permitted by law it uses all reasonable endeavours to give the other party as much notice of this disclosure as possible.
