The Provider shall immediately notify the Company where the Provider is aware that the Company’s Processing instructions infringe the Data Protection Legislation. The Provider must promptly notify the Company of any changes to Data Protection Legislation that may adversely affect the Provider's performance of the Existing Agreement.
