Rent deferral letter

A rent deferral letter is a document in which a tenant requests that their landlord defer their rent payments for a certain period of time. The letter should outline the reasons for the request and the proposed terms of the deferral. The landlord may or may not agree to the request, but if they do, the terms of the deferral should be outlined in a written agreement between the parties.
