A reseller agreement is a contract between a manufacturer or supplier and a reseller. The agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the reseller is authorized to sell the manufacturer's or supplier's products. The agreement may also specify the terms of the relationship, such as the length of the agreement, the territories in which the reseller is authorized to sell the products, and the minimum sales quotas the reseller must achieve.
