Video-on-demand licence agreement

A video-on-demand licence agreement is a contract between a video-on-demand service provider and a content owner, which sets out the terms and conditions under which the content owner agrees to make its video-on-demand content available to the video-on-demand service provider. The agreement will cover such things as the duration of the licence, the territories in which the video-on-demand service can offer the content, and any limitations or restrictions on how the video-on-demand service can use the content.
