When to use this template
Each of the 7 model research collaboration agreements from the Lambert Toolkit have a different approach on who can exploit the intellectual property from a project
In this particular agreement, the Institution owns the results and grants the Collaborator a non-exclusive licence to use them. The Collaborator also has the right to negotiate for an assignment of IP
