This document is an agreement to establish a forum where employees or employee representatives can discuss workplace issues with their employer.
This agreement satisfies the requirements for a negotiated agreement under the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004.
The agreement should be used where at least 2% of the employees have requested a negotiated agreement or the employer has given notice to the workforce that it intends to negotiate an agreement under the ICE Regulations.
