This document is an agreement to establish a forum where employers can share workplace information and concerns with employees. The agreement meets the requirements for a pre-existing agreement under regulation 8 of the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/3426) (ICE Regulations).
This agreement should not be used if at least 2% of the workforce has requested a negotiated agreement or the employer has given notice to the workforce that it intends to negotiate an agreement under the ICE Regulations.
