Rent Suspension or Reduction Agreement Letter (Covid-19 Concession)

This document is a letter from a landlord to a tenant that temporarily suspends or reduces the rent (and on account payments of service charge) due under the lease. It is not intended to permanently vary the lease, but rather to provide relief during the 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The letter includes an optional waiver of any keep open covenant.
