When to use this template

πŸ‘‹ Hi - Alex from Genie here (Updated 10th April 2024)

You may have been redirected here from a template page (or 'industry' page) - I know you just want that specific template (so do we) but we need to offer you a stop-gap for a few more weeks while we work on that document. Rather than waiting however, you can still "Create" and "Review" and "Export" your document, all for free...

To generate your contract, the best thing to do is to 'sign up' (it's free as we are still pre-revenue). Once signed up - you'll be redirected to this page, but with access to Genie's AI features on the left hand side.

One of these features can be used to draft 20+ page legal documents and templates from scratch, within 3 minutes.

Once you are logged in and you've clicked 'Create' on the left hand side:

You'll see two options, one is called 'Rapid mode, select this. Follow the instructions in the AI chat window, and you'll have a viable template in no time.

Creating your required legal document is then as easy as:

1. Identifying which one out of 1000+ contract types you wish to draft
2. Specifying which one of 50+ jurisdictions and governing laws is applicable to you
3. Describing the scope that your contract needs to cover in as much detail as you can provide

You will need to sign up to access this service (just hit 'sign up at the top'), but no card is required and you can unsubscribe from all marketing emails should you wish!

Note: Perhaps you'll want to see how this product looks before you sign up? No problem - here's a demo on Youtube (which we used to get to #1 on ProductHunt)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vh0QNMeyees&t=61s

Also Note: If you click 'use template' here, you'll need to sign up, but then you should click 'Create New' on the left hand sidebar as soon as you're logged in πŸ‘

Thank you for being patient with us while we sort our onboarding processes. You can always reach out to me at community@genieai.co.

Key issues covered in this template

  • Whatever you'd like to cover - just ask our AI Legal Assistant (It's free!)
  • Quality has been tested for the UK and US jurisdictions (but please do take legal advice where necessary).
  • Our contract generator has been used in more than 60 countries
  • After generating, use our "Review" feature to get instant feedback on the areas which are high risk - so you can redraft those areas.
  • Free export to .docx
  • Your 'unknown unknowns' - that is - the clauses you don't even know to include in your document yet
  • Anything specific to your circumstances, you'll need to specify that during the AI Contract Generation stage

What to watch out for

This is an all-industry all-document AI contract generator, and it's in beta (that's why it's free!).

We want to learn how you get on. Please share how you get on by contacting Alex via our community@genieai.co address and referencing 'contract generator'.

Note: If you are an individual using this tool, you might be put off by us asking for business information in the sign up flow. Just put your name, and some filler information if you need to in order to get through to using the tool (We'll be updating this soon (May 2024 most likely).
